Summer learning journey 10 foods

10 food items for an ocean voyage

  1. Oranges - For vitamin C.
  2. Vege Crips ( Kumara and potato etc) - Because they last for a long time, they are a good snack, and they won't take up much room.
  3. Anzac biscuits - Because they last forever and you need something sweet 😃.
  4. Scroggin - Because it is healthy and it gives you energy.
  5. Cans of Tuna - Lasts long, doesn't need to be refrigerated, omega 3/nutrients,  and it will fill you up.
  6. Crackers - To eat with my Tuna.
  7. Muesli bars - Healthy and gives you energy.
  8. Baked beans - It fills you up, and it lasts.
  9.  Coconuts - Food of life.
  10. Canned fruit - Because it lasts long, and it's something else sweet😃.

    This is a very well throughout, nutritional list of food and I like your explanation for each item. Having the canned and dried food is a good idea as it is not likely to expire and coconuts are great as you can eat them and drink the water. I would like to know if there's any food you would bring as a treat like chocolate or a pizza.
